Benefit Dinner; joyful and delicious!
Our first benefit dinner, which was held the 18th of July 2004, was very successful. The garden of Els Kepers was transformed, with the help of many volunteers, into a beautiful decorated terrace. Including a bar and even a little shop, where handmade Indonesian jewelry and other accessories were sold. Inside a photo-presentation was shown with pictures of e.g. Sekolah 4, Gesi and Lelah, the village and the children of Jasinga. After the grand buffet with delicious Indonesian specialties, everybody got the chance to test their knowledge about Indonesia by means of a quiz. We ended the afternoon having coffee and tea served with sweet homemade Indonesian cocoscake.
