Muziek Elastiek 2007 in Hilvarenbeek
Music and Eastern are have been linked to eachother for 23 years in a row in the village of Hilvarenbeek. SYJ was present with an information-stand at this music- and street-theatre festival. The last chance for SYJ to present itself to a public of thousands of people because it was the last edition of the festival. The weather was beautiful. Thousands of people were strolling through the ‘Koestraat’, the street where we had our info-stand between other charity organisations.
The public was of all ages and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Especiallly people who already know Indonesia or who were planning a visit to Indonesia were very interested in the country and our projects. We have had many interesting conversations. We have been able to shed ligth on our project with all our photos and plenty of other information material at display in the stand.
