‘Jacobushoeve’ donates for renovation
In the region ‘Brabant’, everybody knows about ‘the Jacobushoeve’. The Jacobushoeve used to be the biggest farm in the village, now it is the most beautiful one. It is a wonderful restored ‘hoeve’ with a clothing-shop full of 2 nd hand cloth and a bookshop with new and 2 nd hand books. The shops are ran by volunteers. Behind the ‘hoeve’ you will find a beautiful garden, a ‘Silent Centre’ and a Fair Trade shop. The coffee is always ready for everyone and everybody can sit down on the long wooden table. The founder of the ‘hoeve’ is Fons van der Laan . It was Fons who submitted a request for a donation to our Foundation. Accordingly we now have received an amount of € 500, - for the renovation of the school in Jasinga twice!
